Customer Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage customer orders and related transactions accurately and within defined service timelines
• Investigate and resolve issues related to order processing, product or service delivery, returns, and refunds
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with clear, professional communication and timely follow-through
• Escalate complex issues with complete background information and coordinate with the appropriate teams through resolution
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and transaction records in relevant systems; use data to identify recurring issues and trends
