Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will serve as the primary point of contact for our CLM Domestic BFSI clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and delivering accurate information about our services. Working within the Manpower – Back Office team, the CRE will help maintain high satisfaction levels and strengthen long‑term relationships with our customers.

What you'll do

• Working within the Manpower – Back Office team, the CRE will help maintain high satisfaction levels and strengthen long‑term relationships with our customers
• Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages
• Identify, investigate, and resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure and satisfaction

What you need
