Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

Working within the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, the CRE will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from BFSI customers.

What you'll do

• Working within the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, the CRE will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from BFSI customers
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and closure
• Achieve and exceed defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Voice process
• MS Office
• SOP writing
• Problem solving
• Diploma
