About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
