About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
