About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.

• Be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values
• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering a positive and loyal customer base
