About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
