• Complaint Intake and Case Administration
• Receive and review incoming product complaint submissions
• Verify complaint information for completeness, accuracy, and documentation requirements
• Contact Account Managers, or internal stakeholders to obtain missing information where required
• Create and maintain complaint records within designated systems
