Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary goal is to foster positive relationships, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Collections department to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.

What you'll do

• Be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing timely responses via phone, email, and chat
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a personalized and friendly approach
• Resolve customer issues and concerns, offering creative solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Provide accurate and up-to-date product/service information to customers, keeping them informed and educated
