About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be the key liaison between the dealership and customers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving long-term customer loyalty through personalized service. Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle selection
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of maintenance
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services
