Customer Service Associate

About the role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have overdue accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to establish positive relationships with these customers, understand their financial situations, and work collaboratively to develop tailored payment plans.

What you'll do

• Be the primary point of contact for customers who have overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and offering empathetic solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding debt collection
• Collaborate with the collections team to develop effective strategies for debt recovery
