About the role

The Customer Service Team will be supporting all transactional tasks of the TE Order-to-Cash Process playing a key role in the whole business success. The team will support the whole North America Customer Service Organization in the background. Under general supervision, the Associate is responsible for handling accurately all defined transactional tasks which are handled in the Customer Service Team.

What you'll do

• Communicate effectively with international internal customers in English
• Perform manual order entry, changes, and scheduling agreement updates
• Handle quote entries and process credits, debits, pro forma invoices, and returns
• Manage customer portals and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• SAP
• MS Office
• Salesforce
• Six Sigma

• Any graduate
