Customer Service Executive

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their loan applications, answering any questions they may have, and providing them with excellent customer service. You will be working closely with our loan processing team to ensure that our customers' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls promptly and professionally
• Listen and resolve actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Assist customers in resolving issues and proactively providing the solutions
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records
