What you'll do

• The job holder will be a contact point for customers and handle customer’s order, complaint, sample , document request and specific request
• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up, ensuring compliance with our policies
• Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics and quality, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address special customer requests and drive effective solutions
