About the role

Handle customer queries and provide timely support and effective resolutions through calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels. Understand customer requirements and assist with product, account, payment, and service-related queries. Guide customers through registration, onboarding, transactions, and other service processes.

What you'll do

• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, complaints, documents, or service issues

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
