Customer Success Executive

About the role

The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. The role focuses on building strong relationships, providing proactive support, and ensuring that client expectations are exceeded in every interaction.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
• Ensure consistent and timely communication throughout the design process, from concept to completion
• Work closely with the interior design team, project managers, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of projects
• Monitor project milestones and timelines, providing clients with regular updates
