Customer Success Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team at Cloud Counselage. In this role, you'll help onboard new customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. You'll also gather feedback, analyze customer data, and work with different teams to improve the customer experience. Your efforts will help enhance our services, drive customer satisfaction, and support long-term success.

• Customer Onboarding & Support : Help new customers get started with the IAC platform and ensure effective use and develop strong relationships by understanding customer…
• Issue Resolution : Resolve customer issues quickly through the IAC platform and Freshdesk, collaborating with support teams
• Help onboard new customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships
• Also gather feedback, analyze customer data, and work with different teams to improve the customer experience
