Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager to strengthen customer relationships, drive account growth, and maximize customer value across our EdTech and corporate learning business. In this role, you will manage existing customer relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, engage key decision-makers, and own weekly and monthly revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to improve engagement, retention, and long-term value
• Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, training needs, and organizational goals
• Own and achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets through account growth and customer engagement
• Develop customer success plans to increase customer satisfaction, repeat business, and account revenue
• Proactively reconnect with existing and past customers to identify new business opportunities
