About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Talpro. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and success of our valued clients. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating internally to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their business goals, staffing needs, and challenges
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their recruitment processes
• Collaborate closely with the sales team during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of client expectations
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for optimizing staffing strategies
• Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of candidates that align with client requirements
