About the role
This position follows US day shift hours: 9pm - 6am Indian Standard Time, Monday to Friday . This is a work from home role.
What you'll do
- Answer phone calls and deliver excellent customer service
- Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and healthcare worker activities
- Staff client visits by matching the best caregiver with each client
- Support caregiver screening and hiring workflows
- Manage the service delivery platform according to company standards
