About the role

CX is where Aspora earns or loses trust. Every chat, email, and call is a moment where a user is moving money that matters to them: rent, family support, savings across two countries. This role exists to own that moment end to end. You don't hand off and move on. You resolve, and you flag what needs to change upstream so the same issue doesn't resurface.

What you'll do

• Resolve user queries across Chat, Email, and Phone with speed and accuracy
• Own every case end to end, from first contact through full resolution, not just handoff
• Partner with Product, Tech, Ops, and Compliance to unblock and close out user concerns
• Spot recurring issues and shape preemptive fixes that improve the product experience
• Drive down defects across process, product, and tech alongside CX leads

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Chat support
• Any graduate
