About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
