What you'll do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels including phone, email
• Provide accurate, relevant, and timely information about products and services, including support for order status, billing, returns, and usage queries

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints using internal systems. These logs are essential for quality control
