Customer Support Representative / Telesales executive

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Representative at Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers through both inbound and outbound communication channels. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that the customer's experience is seamless and positive.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and other customer communications professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and resolve issues or concerns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
• Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately
