What you'll do

• Handle customer interactions across chat and call support channels
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with an empathy-driven approach towards every customer complaint and query
• Manage up to 6 concurrent chat conversations while maintaining quality and response standards
• Handle 100+ customer calls per day efficiently and professionally
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive and seamless experience
