About the role

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cyber security along with leadership capabilities to effectively lead a team of cyber security engineers.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of cyber security engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to safeguard our organization's networks, systems, and data
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly
• Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the development lifecycle of software and systems
