D&T Analyst II – Data Stewardship

About the role

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of a D&T Analyst II – Data Stewardship. This role will report into Sr. D&T Manager - Data Stewardship, GDGS team in India and functionally collaborate with stakeholders across the Enterprise teams.

What you'll do

• Define and implement data quality rules (schema validation, referential integrity, distribution checks, drift detection) using Data Quality tools
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define and monitor data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency) essential for high-performing
• Monitor dataset health metrics (null ratios, entropy, cardinality, outliers) and set up alerting mechanisms
• Implement end-to-end data lineage across ingestion → transformation → feature stores → model inputs → agent outputs
• Use observability tools (Monte Carlo, etc) to trace data dependencies impacting agent decisions
