Data Access Governance Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Access Governance Lead to join our Global Data Governance team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating McCain’s enterprise-wide data access governance framework, ensuring the right people have the right access to the right data at the right time.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain enterprise data access governance policies, standards, and RBAC frameworks aligned to data classification and sensitivity levels
• Design and govern role and entitlement models that align business responsibilities with appropriate data access rights while minimizing access sprawl
• Ensure access governance frameworks adhere to segregation-of-duties and least-privilege principles
• Partner with data platform, engineering, and security teams to implement access controls across enterprise data platforms, data lakes, analytics platforms
• Establish and oversee access request, approval, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes
