Data Center - IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own IT infrastructure in Nebius data centers from the moment it is accepted into operations: acceptance of new sites and GPU clusters from the Project team, and delivery of projects and changes in live production environments. You will work with modern GPU clusters — GPU servers, high-speed networking, compute and storage — acting as the link between the Project team, DC engineers, vendors and IT Operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare operations for takeover: operational procedures, tooling, documentation, on-site processes, spares and vendor support in place before sign-off
• Manage the transition period from Project team to IT Operations, including defect follow-up and closure of open items after handover
• Manage risks and dependencies in live environments; proactively identify technical, operational and process issues and drive them to resolution
• Lead communication with all stakeholders: transparent progress reporting, expectation management, escalation of critical blockers, timely decision-making
• Lead project meetings, technical reviews and operational readiness discussions with a focus on clear ownership, actionable outcomes and execution
