About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Deputy Placement Manager to lead placement initiatives, build strong employer partnerships, and ensure successful student placements across multiple sectors. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to achieve placement targets.

What you'll do

• Placement Planning & Targets
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve overall placement targets
• Placement Strategy & Execution
• Conduct 23 placement drives per week across sectors
• Ensure 500+ placements within 34 months

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
