About the role

Human Resources Intern at HB+. We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do

• The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole
• Draft and post job openings on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
• Screen resumes against job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability
