About the role

We are looking for a Delivery & Release Coordinator to manage user acceptance testing, release activity and day-to-day delivery coordination across the product team. The team is preparing for its first IFS Cloud customer go-live, bringing a new API into production and recruiting a significant number of new colleagues.

What you'll do

  • UAT and release management
  • Plan and coordinate UAT cycles with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Confirm scope, participants, test windows, evidence and sign-off for each cycle
  • Track defects from identification through triage, ownership, resolution and closure
  • Support on the release calendar, release notes, readiness checklist and go/no-go process
