Health Benefits and Health Solution Operations The Operations Assistant Manager in US Healthcare is accountable for leading, managing, and delivering large-scale healthcare operations across functions such as benefit configuration, adjudication & testing.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of healthcare operations through Team Leaders/SMEs and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs (productivity, quality, TAT, RE)
• Track and analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions for improvement
• Execute forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Manage escalations from Team Leaders/clients and resolve complex issues requiring deep domain knowledge
• Support budget management by monitoring expenses and utilizing cost-control levers to ensure compliance with financial guidelines
