What you'll do

• Lead and support Oracle EBS Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, India Taxation, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and project deadlines
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and training opportunities for team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns
