Delivery Manager - Experience Design

About the role

The purpose of this role is to ensure the internal customer (in this case a region) gets the best level of service for their applications in a cost effective manner.

What you'll do

• Design Delivery Management – Global Clients/Markets
• Own and support Delivery Management for Design Engineering teams serving global clients and Market stakeholders
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, availability, and bench tracking across Experience Design teams
• Support hiring, onboarding, and deployment of resources based on current and anticipated business demand
• Partner with Capabilities Leads and Client/Global Leads on resource planning and allocation management

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
