Demand Planning Manager

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end Demand Plan for a part of the Business Unit, covering both Consumer Sales (CS – sales to consumers
• Shape BU-level CS and SI decisions by balancing commercial ambitions with supply chain constraints, inventory health, and financial implications
• Define, challenge, and align demand assumptions with Sales and Brand Management, ensuring plans reflect commercial activities, product launches
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to gain an understanding of past performance and reasons for deviations from expectations
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to understand drivers impacting consumer sales, including any changes to the category or country macroeconomic environment

What you need
