What you'll do

  • Manage functional and technical aspects of SAP and Oracle HRMS applications and related modules
  • Oversee configuration, customization, enhancement, testing, deployment, and maintenance of HRMS solutions
  • Ensure effective management of HR processes including employee master data, organizational structure, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll interfaces
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HRMS solutions
  • Review system configurations and ensure alignment with approved HR policies and processes
