What you'll do
- Operate and monitor the Aluminium Profile Anodizing Line as per production plan and process specifications
- Manage process stages including degreasing, etching, desmutting, anodizing, colouring and sealing
- Ensure proper profile loading, jigging, electrical contact and material movement through the anodizing line
- Monitor and maintain anodizing rectifiers, cooling systems, pumps, tanks, agitators, heaters and circulation systems
- Conduct regular chemical bath analysis and coordinate chemical dosing/replenishment as required
