What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day aluminium extrusion die and tooling activities
- Ensure timely availability of dies, dummy blocks, mandrels, stems, containers and other extrusion tooling for production
- Coordinate die setting, preheating, die changes and trial activities with the Production team
- Inspect dies and tooling before and after extrusion trials
- Monitor die condition, die life and performance and maintain proper records
