Deputy General Manager

About the role

To lead the overall Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, and Projects functions of the API manufacturing facility. Ensure reliable plant operations, equipment availability, uninterrupted utilities, GMP compliance, engineering safety, cost optimization, and successful execution of capital projects.

What you'll do

• A. Mechanical Engineering & Maintenance
• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all production and utility equipment
• Ensure reliability of reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, vacuum dryers, agitated reactors, heat exchangers, condensers, pumps, compressors, and vacuum systems
• Manage mechanical seals, agitators, gearboxes, bearings, piping, valves, and pressure equipment
• Develop equipment reliability strategies, preventive maintenance plans, and critical spare-parts policies
