About the role

To ensure the reliable, safe, and energy-efficient operation of air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems through effective preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring.

What you'll do

A. HVAC and Air Conditioning System Maintenance
Operate, inspect, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC equipment
Handle split ACs, window ACs, cassette ACs, ductable units, package units, and VRF/VRV systems as applicable
Monitor central air conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ventilation systems
Check supply and return air temperatures, airflow, humidity, and system operating pressures
