About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Deputy General ManagerTalent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment engine for SAP and non-SAP talent. This role involves driving hiring delivery, managing internal recruiters and supplier networks, aligning with business goals, and presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership.

What you'll do

Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Manage hiring across SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, and emerging technologies
Ensure fulfillment with a focus on turnaround time (TAT), quality, and cost-to-hire
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Regularly engage with client stakeholders, delivery heads, and senior leadership to align hiring with project milestones
