About the role

Responsible for quick processing of loans in accordance to operations policy and loan sanction guideline of the company while adhering he TAT. Guide the backend quality assurance team to follow a detailed scrutiny of customer KYC, bank accounts and ensure timely approval of the loans. Resolve the CB related grievances and issues raised by customers, BC partners.

What you'll do

• Responsible for quick processing of loans in accordance to operations policy and loan sanction guideline of the company while adhering he TAT
• Guide the backend quality assurance team to follow a detailed scrutiny of customer KYC, bank accounts and ensure timely approval of the loans
• Resolve the CB related grievances and issues raised by customers, BC partners. Ensure that the CB of clients are reported to all the credit bureau on real time
• Interact with the operating units and make sure the client documents are reaching to the repository houses well on time
• Ensure timely disbursement of all the loans after clearance of the Quality control house

What you need

• 7–8 yrs of experience
• KYC
• MBA
