About the role

As the Deputy Manager, you will be a key member of the management team, working closely with the department head to drive the team's success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, mentoring and developing team members, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Be a key member of the management team, working closely with the department head to drive the team's success
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the CLM Domestic BFSI | Inbound team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of customer service
• Collaborate with the department head to develop and execute strategic plans, contributing to the team's overall goals
• Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions, ensuring a positive customer experience
