What you'll do

  • Legal generalist profile including but not limited to
  • Draft/ vet various agreements like Leave and License/ Lease Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Software License Agreement
  • Calculate the stamp duty and registration charges and coordinate with Law firm for proper and timely execution/ registration of property related agreements
  • Assist the internal stakeholders with legal advisory as may be required from time to time and drafting/ vetting of standard templates of various communications as per…
  • Maintenance/ updation of MISes as may be required by the Management
