About the role

The Senior HRIS Consultant serves as the primary subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and all related modules, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workforce Software (WFS), and related HR technology platforms.

What you'll do

• Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Software, and related SF Modules
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, permissions, role-based security, and organizational structures
• Ensure HR systems operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company standards
• Develop and maintain system documentation, governance standards, and change management procedures
• Identify and deliver automation and process improvement opportunities
