Deputy Manager – Incoming Quality Control

About the role

Diploma / B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) Responsible for inspection and decision making of raw materials, components, and sub assys, including outsource Inspection. Develop and Maintain Quality Plans and ensure inspection records, test reports, and non-conformance reports.

What you'll do

• Responsible for inspection and decision making of raw materials, components, and sub assys, including outsource Inspection
• Develop and Maintain Quality Plans and ensure inspection records, test reports, and non-conformance reports
• Lead root cause analysis of nonconformities / defects or failures and ensuring Implementation Corrective Actions to avoid recurrence
• Support Supplier Quality System / Process Audit and improvement Developing gauges for error free inspection and Train quality engineers / inspectors on inspection…

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Root cause analysis
• PPAP
• APQP
• GD&T
• ISO 9001
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
