About the role

As the practice continues to grow, operational excellence becomes a key differentiator. The Practice Operations & Resource Management team serves as the operational backbone of Monitor Deloitte India, partnering closely with Partners, Directors, and engagement teams to drive effective resource deployment, financial governance, project operations, and business performance management.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end IT M&A engagements covering due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, TSA management, and post-merger value realization
• Assess IT landscape, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operating models to identify risks, costs, and synergy opportunities
• Develop IT integration and separation strategies, target-state architecture, and transition roadmaps
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, PMO governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination
• Track synergy realization, integration progress, and business value delivery across acquired entities
