About the role

The Strategic EA & Project Management to CEO will act as an extension of the CEO, supporting strategic planning, cross‑functional execution, and high‑impact projects, particularly in the BESS and renewable energy domain. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, project governance expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Strategic Support to CEO
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in managing business priorities, strategic initiatives, and decision support
• Prepare board decks, strategic presentations, investor notes, and management reports
• Track and follow up on CEO‑level action items, ensuring closure across functions
• Conduct market, competitor, and sector-level research in BESS, energy storage, and renewable ecosystems

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Research
• Project management
• Stakeholder management
• Any graduate

What you get
