About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Production & Product Commercialisation to drive pharmaceutical API and intermediate manufacturing operations through CMO/third-party manufacturing facilities.
What you'll do
- CMO & Multi-site Production Management: Independently manage production operations across 3-4 CMO manufacturing facilities, coordinating factory-level resources
- Product Commercialisation & Technology Transfer: Coordinate product development and commercialisation from R&D laboratory to pilot scale and commercial manufacturing
- New Manufacturing Facility Identification: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new CMO/third-party manufacturing facilities based on technical capabilities, infrastructure
- Production Planning & Execution: Ensure effective production planning, raw material availability, batch manufacturing, packaging, documentation
- Quality, Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to GMP, USFDA requirements, SOPs, BMRs
